• Flight ticket bookings
• Airport transfers and transportation services
• Car rental arrangements
• Visa assistance services
• Travel insurance arrangements
• Restaurant reservations and travel experiences

The availability of services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The required payment or deposit has been received.
• Written confirmation has been provided by Next Horizon Travels LLC.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary.

4. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the selected services.
• Prices are quoted in the applicable currency stated in your booking confirmation.
• Payment deadlines must be strictly observed.
• Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking.

Any bank charges, international transfer fees, or payment gateway fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Deposits may be non-refundable.
• Flight tickets are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policies.
• Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
• Certain tours and activities may be non-refundable once confirmed.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on third-party suppliers.

Any cancellation fees charged by hotels, airlines, transportation providers, or other suppliers shall be borne by the client.

6. Changes and Amendments

Any requested changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Next Horizon Travels LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Safety concerns
• Government restrictions
• Operational requirements
• Circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

7. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that they possess:

• A valid passport
• Required visas and entry permits
• Travel insurance (if applicable)
• Any additional documentation required by the destination country

Clients are responsible for checking passport validity requirements before travel.

Next Horizon Travels LLC shall not be held liable for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or travel disruptions resulting from insufficient or incorrect documentation.

8. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Next Horizon Travels LLC may provide visa assistance services; however:

• Visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities.
• We do not guarantee visa approval.
• Visa fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the issuing authority.
• The client remains responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.

The company shall not be liable for visa refusals, delays, or changes in immigration policies.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellations
• Flight delays
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Personal accidents
• Emergency evacuation where applicable

Travel insurance terms are governed by the insurance provider.

10. Liability

Next Horizon Travels LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, and insurance companies.

We shall not be liable for:

• Flight cancellations or delays
• Lost baggage
• Weather-related disruptions
• Accidents or injuries occurring during third-party services
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Government actions or restrictions
• Natural disasters or force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Next Horizon Travels LLC for the specific service booked, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
• Informing us in advance of any medical conditions or mobility requirements.
• Following all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, and service providers.

Participation in certain activities is undertaken at the client’s own risk.

12. Transportation Services

Clients are required to:

• Arrive at designated meeting points on time.
• Follow local transportation regulations.
• Respect the driver’s and guide’s instructions.

Missed transfers or delays caused by the client’s actions may result in additional charges.

13. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client’s participation in any tour or activity if their behavior:

• Endangers themselves or others.
• Is abusive or inappropriate.
• Violates local laws or regulations.
• Causes significant disruption to the tour or other travelers.

No refunds shall be provided in such circumstances.

14. Force Majeure

Next Horizon Travels LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Extreme weather conditions
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Strikes
• Transportation disruptions

15. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the booking process shall be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting your information, you consent to its use for travel arrangements and related communications.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding materials, remains the property of Next Horizon Travels LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

17. Complaints

Should any issue arise during your travel experience, clients are encouraged to notify us immediately so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Any complaints submitted after the completion of services should be made in writing within a reasonable period following the travel date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.

By making a booking with Next Horizon Travels LLC, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
